Name/Nicknames: Belle Fey
Origin:Wishmaker
Class:Outsider
Age:seventeen
Faction:Kamihama Magia Union.
Gender:Female
Height/weight:110 lbs, 5'3 feet.
Appearance:Tall, black hair but dyed the tips purple. Tends to dress formally, or more formal then needed for most occasions. Also enjoys gothic lolita style.
Motivations: They want a feeling of control. They want people to adore and hear them, and they find music the best way to do so. They’d currently put their music ahead of anything because they find it that important to them. Like a way to speak out when words go ignored.
Personality: She’s rather polite, if a tad cold. She likes to think things through carefully before committing to anything. She’s also not the most trusting individual. She’ll help out with things if she feels it’ll benefit her as well though.
Backstory: She was born to a rich family, had her whole life planned for her before she was even aware she was alive. She was pressured to meet expectations at the very least. In the beginning, she did. She met and exceeded every goal set. But as the path ahead grew clearer, and the lack of control grew more obvious to her, she started to become frustrated. She’d try arguing back and causing a fuss, even arguing logically when a fuss failed to catch attention. No matter the protest though, her words just seemed to go in one ear and out the other. The worst offender of such being her father.
Things changed when she started having koto classes. It was another of the list of things she was expected to learn, but there was something different about it to her. It became clearer during her first recital. People were not noticing her for being wealthy or excelling in studies. They were noticing her because of the music from her instrument. Something she played. She dedicated herself further to it, far more than anything else. It almost calmed her in a way, gave her a sense of peace. She started learning more about herself after, reaching out to find things she enjoyed and expanding upon them in secret. However due to this, her grades in what she was expected to do began to fall. At first just a tad, but then drastically as less and less effort was put. It was after such, that she was banned by her father from taking koto classes. Something in her changed then. See to her that just wouldn’t do. What’s a life without music after all? So she made a wish.
Call to action: A life without music, to her, wasn’t a life at all. Maybe some clever wording could help her change her life for the better~

A Japanese lute with unusually delicate strings. Although they are soft to the touch, they are incredibly hard to break. Description: A water spirit witch. Love never loved her back so she replaced it with something else. She encourages people to abandon all distractions. Why worry about the world outside? Music is all that matters after all, and those who dare abandon it are most worthy of a torturous fate.
She has the head of an Ocarina, with a single antler coming from up top, and an antler forming her neck. Her neck has holes where the sound emerges and her stomach is open, revealing the koto inside. She has a serpent's tail and two pairs of wings. Her wings often telegraph her mood, most often they'll be seen with wide grins.
